Nigeria's ruling party, the All Progressive Congress alleges that mass looting took place under the immediate past president of the country, Goodluck Jonathan. APC says that about 11 trillion naira, or just over 55 billion dollars, may have been looted. President Muhammadu Buhari has begun a series of probe of officials of the past administration vowing to recover all stolen funds. Deji Badmus reports
