Over 1.6 Million Houses Needed for Civil Servants in Uganda

There could be light at the end of the tunnel for Uganda police officers, government teachers as well as medical personnel who reside in dilapidated structures. This as government through the ministry of lands, housing and national development have partnered with PESPA Africa to construct houses for her servants.
This revelation has been made by the minister of state for Housing Sam Engola while launching the PESPA workshop program at hotel Africana in Kampala.
