Supreme Court Upholds Election Of Uhuru Kenyatta

Kenya's Supreme Court has unanimously upheld Uhuru Kenyatta's victory in the re-run polls held last month. The court had previously nullified the August results, citing irregularities by the electoral commission. The ruling clears the way for the 55-year-old to be sworn in for a second term.
