The African Union is looking toward new reforms within its structures. It's aiming to be a more effective organisation that can tackle the continent's challenges. Rwandan President Paul Kagame led the initiative in July last year when he hosted the AU summit. Now, he's put forward his proposals. CGTN's Girum Chala reports.
