The African continent is also gearing up to welcome the New Year. Thousands of Zimbabweans and tourists have converged at the Victoria Falls town in Zimbabwe, to usher in the New Year. For the past three days, the small town has been the stage of a carnival, which culminates tonight with the New Year countdown.
