When Eric Mutua left his home on the morning of March 6, 2026, he hoped to return to his family later in the day. He never did. Caught in heavy rains while on the road, his life was claimed by floods, one of many in Nairobi. In this documentary #ADrowningCity, produced by Moige William, we examine a difficult question: are these deaths the result of blatant government negligence, or the long-term consequences of urban planning failures that cannot be reversed?
