More than 280 million Africans face hunger and almost 1 in 5 children is stunted due to chronic malnutrition. That's according to the African Union Commissioner for Agriculture Moses Vilakati. Vilakati has been speaking at the African Union's Comprehensive African Agricultural Development Programme meeting in Kigali, Rwanda. It's aimed at repositioning agriculture as one of the key sectors for the continent. Khayelihle Khumalo has more.
