ANC Chairperson Gwede Mantashe has moved to clarify the socialist concept of the National Democratic Revolution, insisting that it is led by the ANC and not its alliance partner, the South African Communist Party.
Mantashe was speaking to SABC News on the sidelines of the party's 5th National General Council in Boksburg on the East Rand.
