In the wake of African National Congress (ANC) succession talks, National Executive Committee (NEC) member Mdumiseni Ntuli has told the Sunday Times that if the party performs poorly in the upcoming Local Government Elections, then the party should look beyond its NEC for its next president.
This comes just as the ANC has wrapped its National General Council in Boksburg last week.
