The family of slain North West businessman Wandile Bozwana has opened a case of conspiracy to commit murder against senior politicians in North West.

They say the two politicians played a critical role in securing the services of hitmen to kill Bozwana. The family alleges that they were previously informed of a pending arrest of one of the two politicians, but political interference led to the decision being withdrawn hours later.
