Following a SABC News report about the plight of a young woman struggling with unusually large breasts, she has finally received breast reduction surgery at Mankweng Hospital outside Polokwane in Limpopo. Naledi Mabotha from Monametsi, outside Burgersfort, was living with debilitating back pain and discomfort due to her large breasts. She had been scheduled for breast reduction surgery multiple times since 2021, but the procedure was always postponed.
