Cape Verde: Children with disabilities linked to Zika virus still suffering

In 2015, the Zika virus swept through Brazil and the Americas reaching the islands of Cape Verde.
It caused severe birth defects, and the World Health Organization declared it a public health emergency.
Five years on, children with disabilities linked to Zika continue to suffer.
