Despite the weak agricultural infrastructure and obsolete agricultural technology, Zambia is slowly making leaps. This thanks to the China-aid Zambia Agricultural Technology Demonstration Center. The centre which shoulders science research, demonstration and promotion of a variety of crops, is now reason for more small scale farmers in the country to celebrate. Leslie Mirungu reports
