Earlier in Tanzania, the Chinese foreign minister has promised to 'revamp and improve' the famous Tazara railway, and fund projects in infrastructure, education and healthcare. China's foreign direct investment in the country rose by 53% last year, and Tanzania is likely to be one of its key partners in Africa in the years to come. CGTN's Dan Ashby reports
