Conflicting views as Morocco’s general elections approach

Moroccans are set to vote in local, regional and national elections this week, the third since a new constitution was introduced following the Arab Spring.
But executive power is held by King Mohammed VI - and the way votes are allocated has been changed, ostensibly to stop one party dominating Parliament.
That is seen by many as an attempt to stop the socially conservative Justice and Development Party from securing a third victory.
