Slain police officer Constable Tlhonolofatso Machete has been buried at her home village, Mopye, outside Tzaneen in Limpopo.
Machete was shot and killed at Ritavi police station by her ex-partner this week.
Senior police officials, including the deputy minister of police Cassel Mathale, attended her burial.
