Darfur: UNAMID peacekeeper withdrawal sparks safety fears

Published
African Union and United Nations peacekeepers will begin leaving Sudan's Darfur region.
Their joint mission (UNAMID) to protect displaced people ended on New Year's Eve.
This is causing unease among the thousands who have lived in displacement camps for years.

Al Jazeera’s Hiba Morgan reports from outside a camp in Nyala, in South Darfur.
