The Department of Health is today with the global community observing Universal Health Coverage Day. The campaign aims to accelerated efforts by governments to implement UHC to ensure everyone has access to quality healthcare services without facing financial hardship. The global campaign is under the World Health Organisation in collaboration with the World Bank and Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
