The Department of Correctional Services has confirmed that offender Donovan Stanley Moodley's parole profile was reviewed under Section 78 of the Correctional Services Act.
After examining all reports and submissions, the National Council for Correctional Services recommended to Minister Pieter Groenewald that parole not be granted at this stage.
