Police have again come under fire for not following proper procedures when arresting Mozambican taxi driver Mido Macia in February 2013.
A police trainer took the stand at the North Gauteng High court today.
Warrant officer Yolanda Coetzee told the court that it's the duty of the arresting officer to report an injury of a suspect and not that of a cell commander.
Macia died hours after his arrest in daveyton police cells.
Now also a dispute about the family's civil claim against police.
