An Ethiopian woman is designing eco-friendly items using the dried remains of a banana-like plant. Enset, which roughly translates to 'false banana', grows in the southern regions of Ethiopia. This entrepreneur is making a living, not only for herself, but also for other women in rural Ethiopia.
