A Northern Cape family in Kuruman has called on the police to swiftly arrest a suspect, who allegedly sexually assaulted their 4-year-old child at an Early Childhood Development Centre in Batlharos.
The family alleges that the little girl was raped by one of the male caregivers at the centre, and the incident was concealed.
The child's aunt says she took her niece for a check-up after she complained of pain in her abdomen.
A medical practitioner confirmed the assault.
