In KwaZulu-Natal, authorities are reiterating the call for road users to prioritise safety as holiday traffic builds up.
The province's Road Traffic Inspectorate spokesperson, Sindi Msimang, says more than 200 law enforcement officials have been deployed to monitor major routes and ensure compliance.
