Former Gauteng Health MEC, Brian Hlongwa will be laid to rest on Wednesday. The service will be held at the Walter Sisulu Hall in Randburg. Hlongwa passed away last week after a short illness. The former Gauteng Health MEC, who served in the position, from March 2006 to May 2009, has died amid ongoing allegations of corruption related to his tenure in the position.
