Global inequality is the subject of the much-awaited and first ever G20 Inequality Report, which the G20 Extraordinary Committee of Independent Experts on Global Inequality Chaired by world-renowned Economist and Nobel Laureate Professor Joseph Stiglitz, handed over to President Cyril Ramaphosa.

The Report, to be presented to the Leaders’ Summit calls on world leaders to end what it calls a perfect storm created by world events that have combined to increase global poverty and inequality.

But are world leaders willing to end global inequality?

Joining in the discussion is David Ansara, the CEO of the Free Market Foundation and Thokozile Madonko from the Southern Centre for Inequality Studies.

South Africa's theme of the G20 South African Presidency is 'Solidarity, Equality and Sustainability'.
