A United Nations (UN) Report on Confronting the Global Debt Crisis has found that mounting debt servicing costs, limited access to affordable financing and slow progress on multilateral reform are exacerbating debt vulnerabilities and undermining countries' ability to invest in sustainable development and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
