Growing Demand For Housing In Ghana Rises Concerns

With a rising middle class across the continent, the real estate industry has registered exponential growth. However the cost of the houses still remains beyond reach, leaving many in a dilemma to either take up mortgages or construct their own. In Ghana, building experts have been looking at ways to meet the country's growing demand for housing. There's a current shortfall of accommodation for more than 1.7 million people.
