The Border Management Authority says it is intensifying efforts to clamp down on criminal activities at the Lebombo Port of Entry between South Africa and Mozambique. In the past two days, 25 children were intercepted at the border while travelling without proper documentation. The children were found in the company of 27 adults, two men and 25 women en route to Mozambique. In a separate incident, two Mozambican nationals were arrested in connection with the alleged kidnapping of a child from Vosloorus in Gauteng.
