High Court Judge Denzil Potgieter, who is presiding over the Highgate hotel massacre inquest, is expected make his findings known, when proceedings resume at the special tribunal in East London in the Eastern Cape Monday morning.
The inquest is investigating who should be held liable for the gruesome attack at Highgate hotel in 1993, that saw five people killed and many others injured.
The inquest heard evidence from various witnesses including former NPA prosecutor advocate Mthunzi Mhaga who was working on the case in 2007.
Mhaga testified that the state did not have enough evidence to institute prosecution in the matter when he was given the case.
