The Electoral Commission of South Africa is receiving today in Pretoria the final electoral wards from the Municipal Demarcation Board for the 2026 Local Government Elections.
This handover confirms that all municipalities now have updated, compliant and ready-to-use ward boundaries for the next electoral cycle.
