The UN Refugee Agency has expressed deep concern over the deteriorating situation in South Sudan. The violence has forced thousands of South Sudanese to flee into Uganda. CGTN's Michael Baleke is on the border between the two countries, where close to five thousands refugees are massed. He filed this report.
