Humanitarian agencies operating in Uganda say they're in the process of evaluating their funds in a bid to meet the needs of refugees from South Sudan. More than 85 thousand South Sudanese have crossed into Uganda since fighting erupted in July - and it's putting pressure on Kampala's resources.
