The Thohoyandou High Court in Limpopo has postponed the fraud case against social media influencer and comedian, Livhuwani Madadzhe, to February 13.
The case was postponed pending the outcome of Madadzhe's application to the Constitutional Court, where he is challenging Judge Thongomelani Tshidada's decision to revoke his bail.
Madadzhe has already pleaded guilty to charges of faking his mother's death to fraudulently claim insurance money.
In a separate matter, Madadzhe is on trial for allegedly killing his partner, Lindelani Nengovhela, three years ago.
