Acting Police Minister, Prof. Firoz Cachalia, says the findings of the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry will assist the country with important lessons on how police should conduct their business in the future. Cachalia says while the police service is facing serious internal challenges, the SAPS is not in a crisis. Professor Cachalia was speaking during the festive season operations oversight in Durban.
