The Madlanga Commission of Inquiry has heard more claims about suspended Ekurhuleni Metro Police Chief Brigadier Julius Mkhwanazi's alleged relationship with private security company CAT VIP Protection Services - the private security firm linked to businessman and crime suspect Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala.
Giving testimony to the commission in Pretoria, Former City Employee Relations Director Xolani Nciza says efforts to legitimise the arrangement were nothing more than a cover-up.
The Commission continues today.
