The Madlanga Commission has heard that a sergeant, who is under the command of now suspended Deputy National Commissioner for Crime Detection, Lt-General Shadrack Sibiya, was caught on CCTV, visiting the Sandhurst home of Katiso "KT" Molefe less than 10 (ten) days before his 6 December 2024 arrest. This as SAPS Intelligence Head, Lt-General Dumisani Khumalo returned to the stand to address the depth of the benefit criminal cartel syndicates allegedly enjoyed from some SAPS officials.
