The Madlanga Commission in Pretoria will on Thursday continue with cross-examination of North West businessman Brown Mogotsi.

The commission heard how Mogotsi allegedly lied about being employed in Police Minister Senzo Mchunu's office.

This was for an application for a warrant to record a conversation between him and an alleged informant.

The North West businessman conceded that he couldn't have managed to receive the application if he presented himself as just Brown Mogotsi.
