With just few days to go before the release of the 2025 National Senior Certificate results, the South African Depression and Anxiety Group - SADAG - has urged matric pupils to seek mental health support if they feel overwhelmed.

SADAG has also urged parents and guardians to ease pressure on the learners with anxiety levels among some pupils rising.

SADAG says unrealistic expectations from parents and guardians can worsen stress levels and negatively affect pupils' mental health.
