The first ever Mindful Drinking Festival on the continent was held in Cape Town today. The event is aimed at encouraging South Africans to reconsider their drinking habits. Over 40 products with non or very low levels of alcohol were on offer. South Africa is said to have one of the highest intakes of alcohol in the world. Mariska Botha updates
