Minstrel organisation, the Cape Town Minstrel Carnival Association, is holding a protest parade through the streets of Cape Town.
This after the Western Cape High Court ruled in favour of the organisation against the city of Cape Town.
The court issue relates to the availability of a venue for minstrel competitions held in January after the official street parade.
