The uMkhonto weSizwe Party says it will go to court to seek yet another motion of no confidence against KwaZulu-Natal Premier Thami Ntuli, but this time they want it to be a secret ballot.

On Monday, the MK party failed in its bid to remove Ntuli and attributed it to members of the provincial legislature from other parties, fearing for their safety.

The Speaker had earlier denied the party's request for a secret ballot.
