Fighting between soldiers and an armed group has been going on since March 24 in Mozambique’s northern Cabo Delgado province after the ISIL- (ISIS) linked group raided Palma town.
Leaders from the Southern African Development Community have been discussing how they will respond to the threat.
The UN says the humanitarian situation there is worsening by the day.
