The National Arts Council of Zimbabwe has issued a stern warning to unlicenced promoters, advising them to regularise their operations or face prosecution. NACZ Deputy Director for Communications and Advocacy, Mr Agga Nyabinde, said public safety and the reputation of the creative sector remain paramount.
