The National Institute for Communicable Disease, has confirmed that they are currently investigating a surge of typhoid fever cases in the Capital City, Tshwane.
This after several people were hospitalised in Bronkhorspruit and Hammanskraal for typhoid fever .
Meanwhile the National Health department says there's no need to worry or panic as the outbreak is under control but has urged everyone to take extra care and to seek help immediately should they present with any of the typhoid fever related symptoms.
