The Ngumbela Legacy in the Eastern Cape says the lack of financial and infrastructure support is making it difficult to implement rural cricket development. The foundation hosted the 37th annual Ngumbela Rural Cricket Development Tournament in Healdtown, in the Eastern Cape. The tournament aims to uphold the legacy of late businessman Mthetheleli Ngumbela by exposing young cricket players to scouts.
