Currently, Bafana Bafana is coached by Belgian Hugo Broos, who was appointed in May 2021.

Other notable past coaches include Clive Barker, who led the team to its 1996 Africa Cup of Nations win, and Jomo Sono, who also had multiple stints.

Many other coaches have led the team since 1992. Things have not always gone right; we now look back at things that have gone right and wrong for the men in charge of our national soccer team.
