Tunisia's has recently hosted the Cancer Awareness Marathon. Over 5000 participants including professional runners, cancer patients and survivors took part in this international sporting and health event. People also contributed to fundraising to help patients and scientific research in this field. CGTN's Adnen Chaouachi has more.
