A Parliamentary commission has upheld Egypt's refusal to give Italian authorities material relating to the murder of Giulio Regeni. The 28-year-old student disappeared in Cairo in January - and his body was found days later, showing signs of torture. The fall-out has severely damaged Cairo's relations with Rome.
