PRESIDENT DECLARES STATE OF DISASTER AFTER CHIPANGALI ROAD TRAGEDY

The devastating road accident on the Bulawayo–Beitbridge Road has left about 18 people feared dead. Government has declared a state of disaster as investigations continue.

President Dr Emmerson Mnangagwa has since declared the incident a state of disaster, with Government moving to coordinate emergency response efforts and support for bereaved families.
