Somalia Declares Drought A National Disaster

Somalia President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo has declared the drought that has hit the country a national disaster. The United Nations humanitarian office estimates that 5 million people in Somalia seek urgent food assistance- that's nearly half the country's population. Thousands of people have been streaming into the capital, Mogadishu, in search of food. Thuli Tshabalala has more on the story.
